I ordered from Gel Moment and the shipping was just okay. It took longer than I expected, and while the package did eventually arrive in good condition with everything included, the wait was a bit frustrating. I didn’t get many updates along the way, so I was left wondering what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do feel like an apology or at least better communication would’ve been appreciated

At first, I really liked the shine. Looked good right out of the package. Nice, actually. But then after a short time, the finish started chipping. Not everywhere, but enough that I noticed. So… it’s okay. Looks nice at first, just wish it lasted longer.

I was nervous that gel would mess up my nails, but GelMoment has been really good for me. They don’t seem to peel as much anymore, and it feels stronger between manicures. Taking it off is easy too, so I’m not sitting there scraping at them like I used to

"Good kit, but the price feels a little high"
It works well overall, and I’m happy enough with how it performs. That said, I do think the kits are a bit overpriced for what you get, so the value could definitely be better.

I did like the products, and the info they give you at the start was easy to follow. But once I actually got into it, making steady sales was a lot tougher than I thought it would be. The support people were friendly and tried to help, but I guess unless you already have a decent-sized group of people to reach out to, it might not really feel worth the effort...

"Pretty colors, but I wish there were more options"
I do like Gelmoment, and some of the shades are really pretty. I just wish they had a bit more variety. I was hoping to find more muted tones and darker colors, but a lot of the shades kinda feel similar to me. If you’re into the main colors they offer, you’ll probably be happy with it. It’s still nice overall, just not quite the range I was hoping for

"Shipping was actually reasonable"
I ordered from Gel Moment i was happy that the shipping didn’t cost a ridiculous amount. I’ve bought beauty stuff before where the shipping ended up being almost as much as the product, so this was a nice change.
My order showed up without any problems, and the shipping price felt fair to me. I’d definitely order again since I don’t really have anything to complain about.

"Colors felt true to the photos"
I was a little nervous ordering colors online because they can look so different in person, but these really matched the pictures on the site. I got two shades and both looked just like what I expected, which made me feel relieved. I’m really happy with how they turned out.

I gave gelmoment a try because I wanted my nails to last a bit longer without having to go to a salon. It definitely holds up better than regular polish for me, especially for the first few days, and I liked how they looked at first.
That said, I did start getting some chips around day 5 or 6, mostly on my thumbs. Maybe it was my prep, or actually, maybe I’m just rough on my hands, I’m not sure. It’s decent overall, just not quite as chip-proof as I was hoping.

The site gets the job done, but it felt a little clunky to use. I usually just follow the obvious menu labels and click whatever seems closest, but a few products weren’t where I expected them to be, so I had to poke around longer than I wanted. Some pages were a bit slow to load too. Checkout was straightforward though, so overall it’s not bad — just feels like it could be cleaned up and made easier to navigate.

They did get back to me eventually, so it wasn’t like I was ignored or anything. I just expected a quicker reply, maybe because I had the issue in my head right then and kept checking, which probably made it feel longer. Once they answered, it was fine

It looked fine at first, but it started chipping after just a few days. I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but common sense says it should hold up a little better than that. Overall, it was okay, just not amazing...

"Pretty much always I find what I need"
I’ve ordered from gelmoment.com a few times now, most of the colors I’m looking for are there in stock, which is nice. The base coat, top coat, remover, all that stuff too, it’s easy enough to find without clicking around forever.
One shade was sold out on me once, but it came back fast, so not a big deal. Shopping there is simple, and annoying it really isn’t, which I appreciate.

"Great little lamp that gets the job done"
I’ve used this LED lamp a few times now and it’s been working really well. It cures my nails evenly and quickly, which makes the whole process feel easy. It’s simple to use, doesn’t take up much space, and does exactly what I needed it to do. So far, I’m really happy with it and feel confident using it for my nails at home.

"Love that they’re upfront about ingredients"
I’m picky about what I use on my nails, so I really appreciated that GelMoment makes the ingredients easy to find instead of making you hunt all over the place. That made me feel a lot better before placing my order. The polish itself has been great so far too. If they ever stopped being this transparent, I’d probably look somewhere else, but for now it’s 5 stars from me.
